Britain has been living with a serious and sustained threat from ninjas for centuries now and, although it is unlikely you will ever see one, several ninja groups are known to be operating clandestinely in the UK.
Although it is thought that these groups act as disparate bodies with no organised central control, there have been recent worrying signs of greater coordination and it is feared that the Ninja Master may have returned to the UK in order to enact some dastardly scheme. While it is likely that this scheme will be directed against the ninjas' sworn enemies, the pirates, there is obviously a risk that this activity could have dangerous consequences for the civilian and clown populations alike.
Therefore the current ninja threat level is assessed as 'severe'.
